Thank you for shopping with Belino UK. Please read this policy before ordering.
1. Hygiene Items – No Returns
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for socks, underwear, or intimate apparel once dispatched, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
This includes wrong size, change of mind, or unwanted gifts.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item, size, or colour), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
To make a claim:
1. Email sales@belino.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number, issue description, and photos.
2. Once approved, we'll provide return or replacement instructions.
3. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.
We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect items only.
3. Return Conditions
Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused (unless the fault occurred while trying them on)
• With all original tags, labels, packaging, and hygiene seals intact
• Returned via a tracked postal service
We may refuse returns if these conditions aren't met.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to:
- Socks, underwear, or intimate apparel where the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, due to health and hygiene reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day period expires:

- Please include your order number and state that you wish to withdraw.
If your withdrawal is valid, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please do not return items without prior authorisation. Return postage is covered by Belino for faulty or incorrect items only. Customers are responsible for return postage costs in all other circumstances.
