2. Products & Availability

•       We aim to display products accurately, but colours, sizes, and materials may vary slightly from images.

•       All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

•       We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

 

 

3. Orders

•       Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation.

•       When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not a binding contract until we dispatch your order.

•       We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot fulfil it.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

•       All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

•       Prices are subject to change without notice.

•       Payments are processed via secure gateways at checkout. We do not store your payment details.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

•       Standard UK delivery: 2–5 business days, free on orders over £50. Orders under £50: £3.99.

•       Express delivery: 1–2 business days for £7.99.

•       International delivery: 5–14 business days, costs calculated at checkout.

•       Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

•       Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

•       For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returnedunless faulty or incorrect.

•       Faulty or incorrect items: Email sales@belino.co.uk within 14 days with your order number, photos, and description. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

•       Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and hygiene seals intact.

•       Once hygiene seals or packaging are opened, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

•       Belino UK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products.

•       Our liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.
